Update on Spanish Flan

I finally decided to make the Spanish Flan the other night. I was a little worried as to how it would turn out since I've never made one before. Lets just say, the reviews were right. This was such an easy flan to make, took minutes to put together (other then melting the sugar), and then off to the oven it goes for 1hr. It's so delicious and both my bosses at work loved it (they are both professional cooks).

The only suggestion they offered was to bake the flan in a water bath (meaning place it in a shallow container of water so it cooks more evenly). The flan was cooked, but their ended up being bubble holes (thats what they looked like) throughout it. They also said to try and beat the mix a little more before baking. Other then that the recipe received 2 thumbs up.
