Hubs and I decided we were going to update the flooring in our new home. There is currently a dusty rose carpet in the living room, a vinyl wood pattern in the dining room and our master bedroom currently has the same floor as the dining room. We decided to go with a 3/4'' thick Auburn Oak engineered hardwood in the living room, dining room and hallway to the bedrooms. We picked out the carpeting thats going in our bedroom and ended up with a neutral colored berber.
We also decided on paint colors. It was so much easier to choose paint when we had the flooring all decided on. For the main living room/dining room area, because its open concept we decided to go with a neutral color on all the walls with one accent wall. It's tough coming up with a color when it's going to be the main color in the whole home. We wanted something with color, yet was still neutral and not overwhelming. Hubs and I finally decided on the following colors:

Master Bedroom- Havana Cream 340C-2
Two other bedrooms will be C-I-L Glistening Sea 50BG 62/133 W/B
I also wanted to wish my baby sister a Happy 19th Birthday today!!
